I got my fiancee's engagement ring at W. Kodak in Hoboken. I worked with Creighton and it was a fantastic experience. She ended up losing one of the small diamonds in her setting and they replaced it free of charge. I would highly recommend.

I went to W Kodak Jewelers and worked with Adelina. They helped make a custom engagement ring based on a diamond I provided, and I’ve since worked with them to make a custom wedding band to fit the custom engagement ring.

I had an excellent experience of NOT buying a watch from them. The model I was interested in just didn't suit me, but they could not have been friendlier or more accommodating. That's the kind of business I want to do business with.

Bought a Tag from there and my wife and I also bought our wedding bands there. Very helpful throughout the process, especially when there was an issue with my wife’s wedding band. We worked mostly with Mo, who was great and very accessible.

This review is long overdue but I have had nothing but great experiences here. From small things like getting a new clasp on a bracelet to medium things like a cross for my goddaughter and BIG things like a ring I got for myself, the ladies at this location have been nothing but wonderful, helpful and never salesy...

Great dealer watch was as advertised and delivery was prompt and secure, amazing remote experience as I live on the other side of the country and was unable to preform the transaction in person.
